PCSO Northover-Brewer, PCSO Collings and our two police officers attended Springfield Primary School to speak to the reception class about the Role of the Police. The children loved guessing what equipment we carry to help us do our job and got to see the blue lights on the Police car. Afterwards PCSOs conducted foot patrols around the Chaddesden area checking all was well.
Today PCSOs conducted foot patrols around Spondon and attended houses to conduct CCTV enquiries for crimes that have happened in the area. They later attended an incident in relation a concern for a person.
PC Ripley and PC Adamson have been out on patrol and stopped and seized a vehicle for no insurance. They then recovered a stolen motorbike after the suspects dumped the bike on the floor and they pursued on a foot chase through Chaddesden.
